Streeem to produce British Rowing Awards 2022
British Rowing have, for the second consecutive year, selected Streeem to film, produce and broadcast their Awards show.
Formerly an in-person event, the annual British Rowing Awards went virtual for their 2021 ceremony and, such was the response from the Rowing community and British Rowing themselves, they’ve made the decision to keep it a virtual event as it allows more people from more clubs to get involved and actually enjoy the event.
The British Rowing Awards 2022 celebrates those individuals and clubs for achievements throughout last year and recognises them in 10 awards categories as well as the coveted Lifetime Achievement Award.
New-in-post British Rowing CEO, Alastair Marks, takes the hosting reigns from Chair, Mark Davies and, once again, will be joined by volunteers from the rowing community to present the shortlists and ultimately, the award winners.
Streeem has been appointed to film, edit, produce and livestream the event for British Rowing for the second consecutive year. Filming takes place in mid-January with the stream being shown at 19:30 on Thursday 26th January on the British Rowing YouTube channel. In addition, and following the success of last year, there will be accompanying social media activity on Twitter.
